Bracelet Sizing

If you do not own a soft measuring tape, take a piece of string, wrap it around your wrist to take a measurement, then place it on a ruler. Don't leave any extra room when letting me know the measurements. I will take your measurements and give around an inch for wiggle room and comfort!

I understand your frustration regarding the delayed delivery of your Sunburst 4 Leaf Clover charm, and I apologize for the inconvenience caused by the post office.

Your order was processed and shipped the day after it was placed, which is within our standard 1-3 day processing time. Unfortunately, there were unexpected delays in transit, and the package was misrouted to two different states before being redirected to its correct destination.

While I can assure you that the package arrived at your local post office on Thursday, February 27th, I understand that it has not yet been delivered. Typically, packages are delivered the day after arriving at the local post office. I will continue to monitor the tracking information closely.
