Bracelet Sizing

If you do not own a soft measuring tape, take a piece of string, wrap it around your wrist to take a measurement, then place it on a ruler. Don't leave any extra room when letting me know the measurements. I will take your measurements and give around an inch for wiggle room and comfort!

 

Necklace Sizing Chart

Take a piece of string and layer it around your neck. Place the string on a ruler to get your neck measurement. Please review the size of the necklace to ensure the proper fit.

Has not arrived

Over 10 days later and still has not arrived, was informed by customer service that once they hand it to usps all recourse is between the customer and the postal service.

I apologize that your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe. I understand how frustrating this can be. Unfortunately at times, the carrier has hiccups and loses track of a package. As we discussed through email, I recommended filing a claim with USPS to help track down the package and if there were no updates after a few days, I was happy to discuss further options to make this right.
